We advocate for Simplicity-Minded Trade Compliance Management. We strongly believe that current suppliers and IT tools are totally unadapted, bringing everything but not simplification. Simplification is a key strategy to accelerate performance.
For our Management Services, we only charge per transaction. No deployment fees. Our customers receive a monthly bill for all operations handled during previous period. Nothing else. We believe in long term-relationships.
For Advisory Assistance, we apply a fixed hourly rate regardless of the number of DOJÖ experts involved. In order to provide maximum transparency to our customers, we apply a fixed project fee based on an estimate of the time required by our team. We always honor this commitment to our clients and adhere to the agreed-upon fee.
